Our largest recent state victory was the guaranteed overtime law for law enforcement agencies. Other ongoing initiative involve total compensation comparison with like agencies, retirement system contribution rate reduction, retirement system portability with other Fairfax County Retirement Systems and retiree health care iniatives.
